Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance operations of our property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. You will support the Make-Ready process under supervision, respond to service requests, and help maintain safe, clean common areas.

Regular on-site attendance, safety adherence, and cooperation with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and assist in scheduling maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community and assist with inventory monitoring.
