Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Role requires on-site presence, timely responses to work orders, and collaboration with the team to maintain safety, grounds, and common areas. Benefits include total rewards and a culture of teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance for community, buildings and units.
• Respond to work orders and resident/management requests promptly.
• Perform preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Assist with make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of maintenance shop and grounds.
