Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across multifamily properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, with a focus on timely repairs and safety compliance.

The candidate will handle make-ready tasks, grounds maintenance, and HVAC/plumbing checks, while maintaining logs, following policies, and contributing to a positive resident experience. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive and routine maintenance to keep facilities in good condition.
• Maintain and organize maintenance shop; comply with safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemical records.
• Support on-call emergency availability at the community.
