Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance, preventative tasks, and make-ready processes across our properties. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep common areas safe, clean, and well maintained.

The role requires on-site presence, ability to perform repairs, perform pool upkeep, log chemical records, and respond to on-call emergencies with a strong commitment to safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and inventory.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and ensure safety standards.
• Conduct pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards and safety.
