Zusammenfassung

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site maintenance, make-ready tasks, pool upkeep, safety adherence to OSHA guidelines, inventory management, and accurate service-request records for residents and management.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software literacy.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Maintain community areas and units and coordinate routine tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety compliance.
