Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a property team and assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will support make-ready processes and respond to resident requests with timely service to maintain property quality.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work with safety‑driven routines is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in routine and cosmetic maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain the preventative maintenance program to extend life of the property.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
