Job summary

Asset Living in Everett, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will assist with the make-ready process and respond to resident requests while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance and respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with preventive and cosmetic maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines across the property.
• Assist in scheduling and completing maintenance/repair turn events.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked; document work orders and logs.
• Support on-call emergencies and resident relations with professional service.
• Participate in unit inspections and inventory monitoring as requested.
