Asset Living is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician for an affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety, quality, and timely make-ready tasks for residents and buildings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Assist in daily cleanup of the exterior of the community, including grounds, breezeways, and all common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in monitoring inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, etc.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• On-call emergency at community.
