Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our communities, performing routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will assist with the make-ready process and help keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

You must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks to support property operations.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain records of service requests, safety data, and inspections.
• Perform daily maintenance, pool care, and basic repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
