Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property operations. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include making repairs, attending to work orders, and assisting with make-ready processes. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready process to meet property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain and repair common areas, buildings, and units as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor and document maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist with on-call emergencies at the community.
