Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will work under supervision to perform corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks, ensuring timely responses to resident requests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-site attendance and a focus on safety and quality are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance, routine and cosmetic work.
• Respond to work orders and management requests in a timely manner.
• Perform on-site repairs and preventative maintenance in common areas and units.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Help with make-ready processes and overall property upkeep.
• Maintain organized records of service requests and inspections.
