Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance operations, including routine and emergency tasks. You will assist with make-ready processes and respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
