Job summary

Asset Living in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks. The role works under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and covers make-ready processes to meet operational goals.

You will participate in on-call emergencies, maintain safe work practices, and help manage inventories while delivering reliable resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and regular onsite attendance.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and log chemicals.
• Inspect grounds and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and inventory management.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records for service requests and safety standards.
