Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across the community. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-readies and daily upkeep of common areas.

The role requires on-site attendance, basic computer skills, and adherence to Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. Strong customer service and timely responses are essential for resident satisfaction and property upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to perform on-site software tasks.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform regular and preventive maintenance on community common areas and units.
• Assist with make-readies and turnover of units.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for hazards and address issues promptly.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Assist with inventory of equipment and supplies; document service requests.
