Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with the make-ready process and maintenance of common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
• Support on-call emergencies and document service activities and logs.
