Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support an on-site affordable housing community. The role involves responsive maintenance, turn events, grounds upkeep, and pool maintenance, under supervision.

Tax Credit/affordable housing maintenance experience is preferred for this position. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Aufgaben

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the scheduling and performance of all maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Report observed violations of community rules to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
