Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support operations at Hidden Lake in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will perform a broad range of maintenance tasks across community buildings, units, and common areas, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires on-site presence, responds to work orders, and assists with make-ready processes under supervision. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with OSHA and safety compliance emphasized.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to complete on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out maintenance tasks for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.
• Handle make-ready processes and schedule/perform maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

Educación
