Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colorado to assist with preventive and corrective maintenance across a residential community. You will be responsible for routine and emergency repairs, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and safety-compliant operations under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills, with knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA standards. On-site work and occasional weekend/on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: Respond to requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other features daily to identify hazards and address issues.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• On-call emergencies at the community.
• Report observed violations to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
