Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Arvada, CO to support the maintenance operations of multifamily communities. You will perform routine and emergency repairs, manage make-ready tasks, and help uphold safety and quality standards across common areas and units.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws and OSHA requirements. Candidates must be available for on-call emergencies and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen
