Asset Living in Colorado Springs is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic work. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to meet the property's objectives.

You will perform make-ready duties, assist with pool maintenance and logs, and help keep common areas safe and well-kept while delivering strong resident service.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to maintenance requests for common areas, buildings, and units promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance as assigned.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in daily operations.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and inventory.
