Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking on-call kitchen staff to support serving lines, food preparation, and dishwashing duties. You will help maintain proper temperatures, stock milk coolers, and present items to customers with attention to quality and hospitality.

The role requires following recipes, HACCP procedures, and daily records while supporting ongoing operations across multiple school districts. Training and safety policies are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Reads and comprehends simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Writes simple correspondence clearly.
• Presents information effectively to customers, clients and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate equipment with proper certification and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
