Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support daily operations, prepare menu items, and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.

You will set up serving lines, assist with batch cooking, and ensure proper temperatures are kept for all foods. The role involves operating standard kitchen equipment, following recipes and HACCP procedures, and assisting with daily cleaning, inventory, and risk-free service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or up to 1 month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Prepare foods per menu plan and Opaa! recipes, batch cook for quality and presentation.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, neat work areas and follow FIFO for inventory.
• Follow HACCP and daily/weekly/monthly food safety logs.
