Job summary

Heartland Hospice is seeking an After Hours/On-Call Registered Nurse to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering compassionate care in the home setting. You will communicate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely symptom management and adherence to the care plan.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with a hospice mindset and strong clinical judgment.

• Respond to patient needs after hours and on weekends
