Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide office and mailroom support across client sites. The role requires flexibility to move between locations and handle reception, hospitality, facilities, and copy/print tasks as needed.

Based out of a home office, you will be dispatched to client sites on short notice, offering prompt, courteous service while maintaining a professional company image. 50% travel within the region may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Answers calls and assists visitors with a courteous experience.
• Assists with light facilities duties and order supplies.
• Receives inbound mail and sorts it in the system.
• Manages outgoing mail and packing/shipping tasks.
• Supports conferencing setup and room arrangements as needed.
• Builds professional relationships with clients and teams.
