Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage and operational support across client locations. This floating role covers when regular staff are out or for additional project coverage, based out of a home office with possible short-notice deployments to nearby sites.

You will handle mail/shipping, office services, reception, and facilities support while delivering high-level customer service and maintaining operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and office technology.
• Understanding of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to travel between client sites.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping Operations: oversee mail, track deliveries, notify employees, verify packing docs.
• Office & Facilities Support: supply ordering, light facilities tasks, copy/print equipment, moves, conference room setup.
