SPS North America is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage and operational support across client locations. The role is based out of a designated home office with possible short-notice deployments to nearby sites, including travel between client locations.

You will handle mail, shipping, office facilities tasks, reception duties, and maintain high levels of customer service while adapting to different environments.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer-based systems.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work assigned hours and follow established policies.

Mansioni

• Oversee mail and shipping operations including incoming/outgoing packages and tracking with custody systems.
• Provide office and facilities support such as supply ordering and room setup.
• Offer reception and client support at front desk, directing calls professionally.
• Support copying/printing equipment and assist with office moves and workspace transitions.
• Travel between client sites as needed and perform duties with minimal supervision.
