SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Support Specialist (On-Call) to provide on-site coverage across client locations, primarily in San Francisco. The role focuses on office services, service delivery, and operational continuity, supporting mail, shipping, and facilities tasks as needed.

The position is designed for dependable, service-driven professionals who can adapt to different environments, travel between sites, and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 6+ months of prior work experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and navigate computer-based systems.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work assigned hours and follow established policies.

Responsibilities

• Mail & Shipping Operations: oversee mail, track deliveries, distribute mail, process shipping docs.
• Office & Facilities Support: assist with supplies, light facilities tasks, move/set up spaces.
• Reception & Client Support: front desk coverage, answer calls, provide high level service.
