Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality event environment. You will work with operations leadership to ensure flawless events and high guest satisfaction.

You will assist guests on site, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage paperwork and invoicing. A high school diploma is required, with some AV experience and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and coordinate with staff/vendors.
• Process orders and invoices, and enter data accurately in Navigator.
