Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will work with guests on site to ensure equipment functions correctly and events run smoothly, while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires handling equipment, basic troubleshooting, and accurate paperwork. A high school diploma is required, with preferred hospitality experience and an AV background.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• DOT requirements may apply if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure equipment works properly and address needs.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
