Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will meet guests on site, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with internal staff and vendors to ensure flawless events.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred), up-to-date training/certifications within 60 days, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must complete all required training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and interact with staff and vendors for equipment.
