Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Millbrae, CA is seeking a friendly Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and guests, providing warm, responsive front desk coverage and exceptional customer service. You will coordinate resident services, assist with transportation and appointments, and support management with light administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming environment.

Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6–12 months of front desk or customer service experience.
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet families, residents, guests, and vendors with a welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with administrative tasks, data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate when necessary.
• Complete work order requests.
