Job summary

As the Omni Associate at JCPenney you contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product finding, process orders and returns, and support stock and inventory. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork are expected daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and work with energy.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promote products, and resolve issues.
• Process sales, returns, and order pickups at the register.
• Support Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com workflows.
• Maintain organization of the stock area and assist inventory.
• Meet performance standards for service, productivity, and attendance.
