Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will handle Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, managing stock, and supporting inventory processes while upholding company standards for service and productivity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet and assist customers, promote products and services, resolve issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: monitor systems, pick and pack orders, complete ship-from-store activities.
• jcp.com Operations: research order shortages/overages, process shipments and returns, manage stock area.
• General Operations: replenish store inventory with Merchandise, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards: meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance targets.
