Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and resolve issues while promoting company offerings. The role supports inventory, shipments, and omnichannel goals with a strong focus on service and results.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, assist with product selection, resolve issues, promote offerings.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: pick orders, pack to spec, and complete ship-from-store/ Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks.
• jcp.com Operations: handle order shortages/overages, process shipments and returns, manage stock area.
• General Operations: replenish products with team, take part in annual inventory.
• Maintains performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, and productivity.
