Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers, promotes products and services, and resolves issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Picks orders, packs per packaging requirements, and handles ship-from-store tasks.
• jcp.com Operations - Manages order shortages/overages, stock area organization, and related transactions.
• General Operations - Replenishes store inventory and participates in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Meets shrink, safety, omnichannel, profitability, productivity, and attendance goals.
