Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to support profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities across Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with finding products, process orders, and coordinate with Merchandise teams to replenish stock; you’ll pack orders, handle Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks, and keep POS and stock areas organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, promote products and services, and work with team.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick orders, pack orders on time, and process Ship from Store / Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, perform shipment check-in, stock organization, and process deliveries and returns at register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory with Merchandise, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance targets.
