Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will handle Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

Core responsibilities include assisting customers, monitoring fulfillment systems, processing orders, restocking, and inventory participation, while meeting shrink, safety, and productivity standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, assist, resolve issues, promote products and services.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: monitor systems, pick and pack orders, complete Ship from Store tasks.
• jcp.com operations: manage order check-in, stock area, and returns at register.
• General Operations: replenish store inventory, assist in annual inventory.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
