Responsibilities

• Monitor and fulfill Enterprise Fulfillment tasks and Shop from Store processes.
• Research and manage jcp.com order shortages/overages and process deliveries/returns.
• Replenish store inventory and support annual inventory processes.
• Meet performance standards in customer service, profit, productivity, and safety.
