Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to drive sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, plus Customer Service & Sales and general store operations. You will greet customers, resolve issues, assist with stock, and support omnichannel initiatives to improve store performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring fulfillment systems, packing orders, assisting with stock organization, and ensuring efficient checkout processes

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience in retail preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet and assist customers, resolve issues, promote products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment processes and pack orders per guidelines.
• jcp.com Operations – research order issues, handle stock and transactions on register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance.
