Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist finding products, resolve issues, promote products, and work with team.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, pack per requirements, complete ship from store/BOPIS.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, process deliveries/returns at register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory, participate in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profitability, productivity, and attendance targets.
