Qualifications

• 1–2 years minimum work experience in a retail, customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset with the ability to resolve issues.
• Effective communication and teamwork to support omnichannel initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, promote products and services, and resolve issues with a calm, customer-focused approach.
• Monitor and support Enterprise Fulfillment processes, including packing, ship-from-store, and BOPIS activities.
• Manage jcp.com operations: investigate order shortages/overages, binning, and reporting; process deliveries and returns at checkout.
