Job summary

JCPenney in Tucson seeks an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, fulfillment operations, and store processes.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, monitor inventory, and participate in the annual inventory process while upholding performance standards for shrink, safety, customer service, profit, productivity and attendance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred; HS degree or equivalent required.
• Strong problem-solving, accountability and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection, delivering outstanding service.
• Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick orders, and ensure timely packing and ship-from-store activities.
• Research and process jcp.com order shortages/overages; assist with stock organization and transactions at the register.
• Collaborate with Merchandise to replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel metrics, and productivity.
