Bob’s Discount Furniture, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate - Bob Squad to deliver exceptional service across the customer journey. In this omnichannel role, you’ll assist guests in person, over the phone, and online to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This is a full-time, in-store position with flexible retail hours. Join a growing national team and help store operations, order entry, and payment processing with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and across digital channels to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Enter orders and ensure accuracy using support systems.
• Support store teams with daily operations and cash handling where needed.
• Handle payments and processing in a customer-friendly manner
