Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service and promote products and services.
• Monitor and execute Enterprise Fulfillment processes and jcp.com activities per procedures.
• Assist with order check-in, packing, and shipping from store and BOPIS processes.
• Support store operations fluids and participate in annual inventory activities.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
