Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist finding products, resolve issues, promote products.
• Process Enterprise Fulfillment tasks: pick, pack, ship from store, BOPIS.
• Handle jcp.com operations: stock checks, reporting, returns at register.
• Assist with inventory replenishment and general store operations.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, productivity.
