Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, promote products/services, and partner with team members
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick orders, pack and ship per requirements, process Ship from Store and BOPIS tasks
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, shipment check-in, stock area organization, and order deliveries/returns at register
• General Operations – replenish store inventory with Merchandise, participate in annual inventory
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profitability, productivity, and attendance targets
