Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, and promote products and services.
• Monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, and pack per requirements.
• Research order issues for jcp.com and complete shipment check-in.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to replenish stock and maintain inventory.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
