Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations and general store operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product finds, monitor fulfillment systems, process online orders, and support inventory replenishment. Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
