Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, and general operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred. You will greet customers, resolve issues, monitor fulfillment systems, replenish stock, and support inventory processes while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• Work experience – minimum 1–2 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school degree or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decisions that drive sales and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist, resolve issues, promote products and services.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick orders, pack per packaging requirements, ship-from-store tasks.
• jcp.com Operations – research order issues, assist with stock area, process order deliveries & returns at register.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory, participate in annual inventory.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, productivity, and attendance.
