Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to drive profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities. You will support Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of work experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and offers a comprehensive benefits package with associate discounts and holiday pay.

• Collaborate with store teams on merchandise replenishment and inventory processes.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, and productivity.
